Sy Syms, founder of the Syms Retail chain coined the slogan “An educated consumer is our best customer”. He was on to something. The more your potential client or customer know, or understands what it is you are offering, more comfortable they will feel about choosing you instead of your competition. However, there is a lot more to education than just providing facts and specifications. Here are just a few:

  • Story-telling
  • Quotations
  • Building your credibility
  • Having one powerful point to drive home
  • Statistics (but don’t be boring)
